Telephone Services

Professional support is just a call away. Get help with legal questions, health issues, and home improvement contractors.

Available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, you can call for general legal information concerning your rights.

Professional social workers are available to listen and provide emotional support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can help you find additional, ongoing support through organizations in your area.

Speak to a nurse any time of day, as often as you need, for general health information.

Access our network of licensed professionals who can help you with your home improvement needs. Our supplier referral program is a simple solution to finding a qualified electrician, plumber, carpenter, general contractor, and more for non-claims situations.

Home Care Services

On-site services are available for customers after an unexpected hospitalization that lasts five consecutive days or longer due to sickness, accident, or childbirth.

After hospitalization, you can request a nurse at your home for up to a maximum of 20 hours over three consecutive days. Care includes changing bandages, attending wounds, and more.

While recovering at home, housekeeping is available to you for light tasks including laundry, washing dishes, and light meal preparation for up to a maximum of 15 hours over five consecutive days.

Professional babysitting services are available for sick or injured children under 16 years of age, up to 10 hours per day for three consecutive days and a maximum of two events per year.
 

Have an experienced eldercare companion sent to your home to provide social support for elderly parents. Serving refreshments, reading, or playing games are just some of the ways support is offered for up to a maximum of 20 hours over five consecutive days.
