Our Definity Repair Partners must meet rigorous performance standards to be part of our program. We regularly reassess our partnerships, conduct cost reviews, upgrade appraisal procedures, offer ongoing training, and fully investigate any customer concerns. When you choose a Definity Repair Partner, you’re choosing the highest quality repairs and service available.

What are the restrictions?

We stand behind our Definity Repair Partner guarantee, and we want to be as clear about what is included as what’s not. Although robust, it does include certain restrictions:

• It does not cover rust or rust repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage due to environmental factors (e.g., gravel chips).
• It does not cover improper maintenance, abnormal use, negligence, subsequent damage, fire or other casualties, or any incidental or consequential damages incurred by faulty repairs.
• If repairs are performed or altered by anyone other than staff of a Definity Repair Partner, the guarantee is null and void.
• The guarantee is not transferrable — it is valid for as long as the insured named at the time of the accident remains the owner of the vehicle.
